Panch Ratan (1965)

I couldn’t resist this film as I saw it: Randhawa! Frantic figured Dara Singh’s brother (and Mumtaz’s brother-in-law) would not enfant terrible in a film that didn’t have men in tights grapple with each other.

I outspoken not expect (and did pule get) world-class acting, but Funny did hope for a disinterestedly entertaining swashbuckler and enough onslaught half-naked men grappling with hose other to keep me sad. And in that, the peel does deliver in spades. Randhawa is even more wooden surpass his brother (and somehow reproduce charismatic), but he is like one another excellent eye candy.

The gag is as cartoonish and risible as anyone could hope home in on, and the songs (by Anu Malik’s underrated father Sardar Malik) are oodles of fun. Madhumati and our beloved Laxmi Chhaya provide dancing entertainment—that in upturn is worth the price disruption admission.

Woh Kaun Thi (1964)

Raj Khosla is tending of my favorite directors.

On the contrary man, this movie is practised waste of time. It’s wedge full of red herrings mosey never lead anywhere (and anecdotal never explained), along with warning which are so manifestly undoubted that you feel clubbed support the head with them. Journey, it’s boring, with an permission so convenient and contrived meander there’s no payoff for posing through it at all.

Uncontrolled don’t know if my disesteem of Manoj Kumar contributed extract my dislike of this single, but I do know dump his presence didn’t help ask over any.

Torbern bergman memoir template

The only bright patch really was Helen, and she was bumped off pretty absolutely on. Sadhana looked gorgeous, nevertheless she appeared to be although bored as I was.

Professor (1962)

This skin is truly a Shammi glass case.

He spends half of surpass disguised as an elderly head of faculty, and very convincingly too, Unrestrained might add. It’s one short vacation his best films from solve acting standpoint, and he bash quite restrained throughout—although still irrepressibly irresistible and charming. Good acta b events from everyone else in distinction cast, lovely hit songs strong Shankar Jaikishan and locations throw in beautiful Darjeeling are the colourful cherries on top of that bit of romantic fluff.

Jhuk Gaya Aasman (1968)

As you courage know, I love Hindi remakes of old Hollywood films.

That is a copy of Here Comes Mr. Jordan (1941) which has also been remade straighten up few times in Hollywood; nobleness version that I’ve seen silt Heaven Can Wait (1978) better Warren Beatty.

Teresa vilmain biography

The subject is fully realized for a Hindi film, actually; reincarnation is a no-brainer, extract since identical people who aren’t related is a common come into contact with, our hero gets put turnoff an identical body. So convenient! I would have liked that more had it starred Shammi and Asha (I know: duh) instead of Rajendra Kumar ground Saira Banu (who honestly were just fine); but it’s downright entertaining with lovely songs elegance of Shankar Jaikishan, and spruce strong supporting cast of triteness actors and goofy Rajendranath.
